Animated Disney/Pixar Character

This week's theme is about a favorite Disney or pixar animated character. I love animated movies, so I have really seen many and I try to keep up with the new Disney movies, this is why I don't think I have a favorite character, because whenever I see a new movie, I like another character and so I never decide on one.

But, if I had to choose a character right now it would be Milo Tatch from the movie Atlantis: the lost empire. It is a movie from the 2000s but lately I have seen it again and I love it.

Milo Tatch is the main character of the movie. He is a cartographer and linguist who studies this mysterious lost empire and who finally embarks on an expedition financed by a millionaire in search of Atlantis.

I really like this character because when he arrives at this place he realizes that many of the people who are in the expedition are there under the logics of the power of money, since they want to take the heart of Atlantis, which is basically a crystal, and then sell it.

 Milo confronts the leader of the expedition, criticizing the money and accusing a looting that destroys civilizations, then convinces people from the team to defend not only the city, but also defend a culture of an entire civilization. Finally, he proves to be a person who respects and seeks knowledge without the need to destroy.

Violence on television.  I consider that showing it isn't exactly an evil in itself, I don't believe in the argument that seeing it encourages you to be a violent person. Because I think this is rather a reflection of what you see in everyday life, the problem is as shown, what are the warnings and age restrictions,  what type of people are seeing this and what is the criticism or reflection that you can give to these television contents. Tattoos.  I love tattoos and I don't have much to say about it, I consider that people can adorn their bodies as they want. Changes to my study programme

As I wrote in other posts, I study sociology. Before entering the race, the mesh was changed, so I am part of the first generation with the new sociology mesh. Although there were some changes in the fields, I think that basically the career remains the same, the university trains us much more to be academic and theoretical than to work in a more practical sense. Most of the subjects I have are from sociological theory (which I really like), history, quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, statistics, and very little about economics and public politics.
